The Ukraine Facility is an EU financial support instrument worth EUR 50 billion for 2024–2027. The funds support macro-financial stability, recovery investment and technical assistance.
How the funding is released
Tranches are linked to the Ukraine Plan — a list of reforms and steps agreed with the European Commission, covering public administration, public finance management, energy and anti-corruption.
IAA analyses the Plan indicators and will publish regular reviews of how the commitments are met.
