The Institute of Analytics and Advocacy (IAA) has joined “Accountability and Capacity-building for Customs Oversight and Reform Development” (ACCORD). The project strengthens the capacity of civil society and media to independently oversee the reform of Ukraine’s customs service.
The project focuses on four areas:
- monitoring of customs legislation and its implementation;
- research on the efficiency of customs procedures and digital services;
- training for civil society organisations and journalists;
- advocacy of recommendations to public authorities and international partners.
IAA implements ACCORD together with ToR
The partners will share data and expertise; monitoring results will be published openly.
